California High School Basketball - Fairfield can't hold off Vanden
January 31, 2023: Fairfield, CA 94533 The Vanden Vikings basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Fairfield Falcons to 53 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vacaville for a contest on Thursday, February 2. Vanden will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-65 league win over Armijo (Fairfield, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-9.
The Falcons (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA). The Mustangs enter the contest with a 20-4 record. In their last contest, Rodriguez nudged Wood (Vacaville, CA), 66-49, in a league match.
