The Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Smoky Mountain Mustangs (Sylva, NC), 54-38 in Tuesday's league test.

The Panthers (16-2) will now prepare for their test against West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Falcons go into the test with a 12-8 record. In their last test, West Henderson notched a victory over Hendersonville (Hendersonville, NC), 53-38, in a non-league test.
