Kentucky High School Basketball - Bath County knocked off by Fleming County
January 31, 2024: Owingsville, KY 40360 The Fleming County Panthers basketball team scored 90 points and held the host Bath County Wildcats to 76 in the Panthers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rowan County for a District 61 contest on Friday, February 2. Fleming County will battle a Vikings team coming off a 81-44 league win over Menifee County (Frenchburg, KY). The Vikings record now stands at 13-7.
The Wildcats (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against West Carter (Olive Hill, KY). The Comets enter the non-league contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, West Carter was defeated by Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY), 77-56, in a non-league contest.
