California High School Basketball - Bear River overwhelms Lindhurst
January 31, 2024: Olivehurst, CA 95961 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bear River Bruins (Grass Valley, CA) and the host Lindhurst Blazers (Olivehurst, CA), saw Bear River's basketball squad wallop Lindhurst by a tally of 72-28.
With the victory, Bear River improves its record to 14-10 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Sutter (Sutter, CA) to play the Huskies in a Pioneer Valley League challenge on Friday, February 2. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 15-9. Sutter won 64-52 in their recent league challenge against Center (Antelope, CA)
Next up, the Blazers play the Wheatland Pirates (Wheatland, CA) in a Pioneer Valley League challenge, on Friday, February 2. Lindhurst will attempt to improve on its 1-22 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 4-19 record after their 66-30 league loss to Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA).
