Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Central Dauphin East nips Milton Hershey
January 31, 2024: Hershey, PA 17033 Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Central Dauphin East Panthers (Harrisburg, PA) and the host Milton Hershey Spartans (Hershey, PA), saw Central Dauphin East's basketball squad hold off Milton Hershey by a count of 61-57.
With the victory, Central Dauphin East upgrades its record to 5-10 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to State College (State College, PA) to play the Little Lions in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth challenge on Friday, February 2. The Little Lions come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. State College lost 59-49 in their recent league challenge against Chambersburg (Chambersburg, PA)
Next up, the Spartans play the Lower Dauphin Falcons (Hummelstown, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Keystone challenge, on Friday, February 2. Milton Hershey will attempt to upgrade on its 1-14 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 6-7 record after their 68-38 league loss to Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA).
