Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Milton Hershey tops Shippensburg
December 16, 2023: Hershey, PA 17033 Milton Hershey Spartans (Hershey, PA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA), 58-49 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Milton Hershey upgrades its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Spartans host Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA) to play the Huskies in a Mid-Penn - Keystone bout on Tuesday, December 19. The Huskies come into the bout with a record of 4-2. Mifflin County won 55-35 in their recent league bout against Palmyra (Palmyra, PA)
Next up, the Greyhounds play the Greencastle-Antrim Blue Devils (Greencastle, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout, on Tuesday, December 19. Shippensburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 72-47 league win over James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA).
