Washington High School Basketball - Walla Walla Valley Academy overwhelmed by Columbia
January 31, 2024: Burbank, WA 99323 The Columbia Coyotes basketball team scored 93 points and restricted the visiting Walla Walla Valley Academy Knights to 30 in the Coyotes league victory on Wednesday.
The Coyotes now sport a 19-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Roosevelt for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Columbia will battle a Raiders team coming off a 89-51 league win over Tonasket (Tonasket, WA). The Raiders record now stands at 19-0.
The Knights (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA). The Jaguars come into the 2B Eastern Washington - East contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Tri-Cities Prep was routed by Columbia (Burbank, WA), 84-55, in a league contest.
