January 31, 2024: Basalt, CO 81621 In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Basalt Longhorns basketball team scored a tight 30-24 triumph over the Aspen Skiers.
In their next game, the Longhorns meet the Rifle Bears (Rifle, CO) in a 4A Western Slope match, on Friday, February 2. Basalt will attempt to move on its 2-16 season record. The Bears enter the match with a 4-15 record after their 57-18 league loss to Delta (Delta, CO).
