Maryland High School Basketball - Chopticon trounced by North Point
January 31, 2024: Waldorf, MD 20603 The North Point Eagles routed the visiting Chopticon Braves basketball team by a final score of 54-17 in Wednesday's league game.
In their next game, the Eagles face the Leonardtown Raiders (Leonardtown, MD) in a Southern Maryland game, on Friday, February 2. North Point will attempt to move on its 11-5 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 11-4 record after their 44-41 league win over St. Charles (Waldorf, MD).
With the defeat, Chopticon moves to 6-11 on the year. The Braves travel to Lackey (Indian Head, MD) to face the Chargers in a Southern Maryland game on Friday, February 2.
