The Green Mountain Chieftains basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Twin Valley Wildcats to 24 in the Chieftains non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Chieftains now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rivendell Academy for a Southern Vermont contest on Thursday, February 1. Green Mountain will battle a team coming off a 53-41 league loss to White River Valley (Royalton, VT). The record now stands at 4-9.
