Vermont High School Basketball - Mill River over Twin Valley
January 29, 2024: North Clarendon, VT 05759 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Mill River Minutemen (North Clarendon, VT) and the visiting Twin Valley Wildcats (Wilmington, VT), saw Mill River's basketball squad overcome Twin Valley by a tally of 43-28.
With the victory, Mill River improves its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Minutemen travel to White River Valley (Royalton, VT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 1. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 6-5.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Green Mountain Chieftains (Chester, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Twin Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-12 season record. The Chieftains come into the challenge with a 1-10 record after their 40-30 non-league loss to Leland & Gray (Townshend, VT).
