Arizona High School Soccer - Prescott held off by Flagstaff
January 31, 2024: Flagstaff, AZ 86001 The Flagstaff Eagles held off the visiting Prescott Badgers soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Wednesday's league match.
The Eagles now sport a 10-0 record. They play next when they host Coconino for a 4A Grand Canyon match on Thursday, February 1. Flagstaff will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 6-1 league loss to Bradshaw Mountain (Prescott Valley, AZ). The Panthers record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, Prescott drops to 7-6 on the season. The Badgers host Mingus (Cottonwood, AZ) to encounter the Marauders in a 4A Grand Canyon match on Friday, February 2. The Marauders come into the match with a record of 2-12. Mingus lost 3-1 in their recent league match against Mohave (Bullhead City, AZ)
