January 31, 2025: Pierce City, MO 65723 Pierce City Eagles (Pierce City, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Ash Grove Pirates (Ash Grove, MO), 58-43 in a league match.
With the victory, Pierce City upgrades its record to 9-7 on the year. The Eagles travel to Marionville (Marionville, MO) to face the Comets in a Southwest match on Tuesday, February 4. The Comets enter the match with a record of 4-13.
The Pirates now sport a 10-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miller for a Southwest match on Tuesday, February 4.
