Louisiana High School Basketball - David Thibodaux fells Teurlings Catholic
January 31, 2025: Lafayette, LA 70501 The David Thibodaux Bulldogs basketball team scored 31 points and limited the host Teurlings Catholic Rebels to 21 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Friday.
The Bulldogs now have a 19-4 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty Magnet for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. David Thibodaux will confront a Patriots team coming off a 51-44 non-league win over Dunham (Baton Rouge, LA). The Patriots record now stands at 18-3.
With the loss, Teurlings Catholic falls to 19-12 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Rayne (Rayne, LA) to confront the Wolves in a 4A District 4 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Wolves go into the game with a record of 3-19. Rayne lost 81-61 in their recent league game against Westgate (New Iberia, LA)
