South Dakota High School Basketball - West Central crushes Flandreau
January 31, 2025: Hartford, SD 57033 The West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD), 54-30 in Friday's league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 12-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hamlin for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. West Central will play a Chargers team coming off a 77-22 non-league win over Sisseton (Sisseton, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 11-2.
With the loss, Flandreau falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Fliers host Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD) to play the Quarriers in a A Region 3 bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Quarriers go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Dell Rapids lost 67-41 in their recent non-league bout against Groton (Groton, SD)
