South Dakota High School Basketball - Flandreau trounced by Hamlin
December 17, 2024: Hayti, SD 57241 Hamlin Chargers (Hayti, SD) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD), 52-19 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Hamlin advances its record to 2-0 on the year. The Chargers travel to Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD) to meet the Quarriers in a non-league match on Saturday, December 28. The Quarriers enter the match with a record of 1-1.
The Fliers now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Beresford for a non-league match on Thursday, December 19. Flandreau will meet a Watchdogs squad coming off a 78-60 league loss to Dakota Valley (North Sioux City, SD). The Watchdogs record now stands at 0-2.
