The Highline Pirates basketball squad (Burien, WA), was outscored 73-57 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Sammamish RedHawks (Bellevue, WA)

With the victory, Sammamish advances its record to 12-8 on the year. The RedHawks travel to Lake Washington (Kirkland, WA) to meet the Kangaroos in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Kangaroos enter the battle with a record of 15-5. Lake Washington won 64-59 in their recent league battle against North Creek (Bothell, WA)

The Pirates now own a 7-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Inglemoor for a 3A KingCo - Lake battle on Tuesday, February 4. Highline will meet a Vikings squad coming off a 82-41 league win over Evergreen (Seattle, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 11-8.
