The Hopewell Vikings basketball team scored 60 points and limited the visiting Quaker Valley Quakers to 58 in the Vikings league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Central Valley for a WPIAL 4A 2 game on Tuesday, February 4.

With the loss, Quaker Valley falls to 13-5 on the campaign. The Quakers travel to Aquinas Academy (Gibsonia, PA) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league game on Sunday, February 2. The Crusaders go into the game with a record of 12-3.
