Washington High School Basketball - Kentwood knocks off Kennedy Catholic
January 31, 2025: Covington, WA 98042 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Kentwood Conquerors (Covington, WA) and the visiting Kennedy Catholic Lancers (Burien, WA), observed Kentwood's basketball team overcome Kennedy Catholic by a score of 53-39.
The Conquerors (16-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Kentridge (Kent, WA). The Chargers come into the 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge with a 8-12 record. In their last challenge, Kentridge defeated Auburn Riverside (Auburn, WA), 65-47, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Lancers battle the Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) in a 3A/4A North Puget Sound challenge, on Tuesday, February 4. Kennedy Catholic will attempt to improve on its 12-7 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 10-9 record after their 79-58 league loss to Stadium (Tacoma, WA).
