Arizona High School Basketball - Red Rock routed by Phoenix Christian
January 31, 2025: Sedona, AZ 86336 Phoenix Christian Cougars (Phoenix, AZ) backers were thrilled Friday as they saw their basketball team bounce the host Red Rock Scorpions (Sedona, AZ), 95-36 in a league game.
The Cougars now have a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to North Valley Christian Academy for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Phoenix Christian will confront a Lions team coming off a 72-37 non-league win over Tempe Prep (Tempe, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 15-5.
With the loss, Red Rock falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ) to confront the Eagles in a 2A Central game on Monday, February 3. The Eagles enter the outing with a record of 15-9. Scottsdale Christian Academy lost 60-46 in their recent league outing against Fountain Hills (Fountain Hills, AZ)
