With the victory, Waubay/Summit advances its record to 8-6 on the year. The Mustangs host Florence/Henry (Florence, SD) to meet the Falcons in a non-league battle on Thursday, February 6. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 10-4. Florence/Henry won 58-36 in their recent league battle against Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD)
The Monarchs now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sully Buttes for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 1. Warner will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 68-47 non-league win over Hitchcock-Tulare (Tulare, SD). The Chargers record now stands at 7-4.
