New Mexico High School Basketball - Del Norte nips Valley
January 31, 2025: Albuquerque, NM 87110 In Friday's non-league contest, the host Del Norte Knights basketball team scored a close 67-63 win over the Valley Vikings.
The Knights (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies come into the non-league contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, Hope Christian edged Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 79-69, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) in a contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Valley will attempt to better on its 7-7 season record. The Spartans come into the contest with a 4-11 record after their 59-33 non-league loss to Albuquerque Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
