January 31, 2025: Bogalusa, LA 70427 The Pine Raiders (Franklinton, LA) basketball crushed the host Bogalusa Lumberjacks (Bogalusa, LA), 59-15 in Friday's league bout.
The Raiders now possess a 17-4 record. They play next when they host Amite for a 3A District 8 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Pine will play a Warriors team coming off a 58-43 league loss to Doyle (Livingston, LA). The Warriors record now stands at 9-13.
With the loss, Bogalusa falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host St. Helena College and Career Academy (Greensburg, LA) to play the Hawks in a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 4-10. St. Helena College and Career Academy lost 69-18 in their recent league bout against French Settlement (French Settlement, LA)
