North Carolina High School Basketball - Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy holds off Covenant Classical

January 31, 2025: Concord, NC 28027

The Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy Patriots basketball team scored 39 points and limited the host Covenant Classical Warriors to 35 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.

The Patriots now possess a 11-7 record. They play next when they host Providence Classical for a Metro Area game on Monday, February 3. Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy will confront a Paladins team coming off a 42-30 non-league loss to Gaston Day (Gastonia, NC). The Paladins record now stands at 6-4.

With the loss, Covenant Classical falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Arborbrook Christian Academy (Matthews, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league game on Monday, February 3. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 11-2.
