In Friday's league contest, the visiting Douglas Bearcats basketball team scored a big 89-18 triumph over the Glenrock Herders.

The Bearcats (13-1) will now prepare for their contest against Burns (Burns, WY). The Broncs go into the non-league contest with a 2-14 record. In their last contest, Burns was trounced by Wheatland (Wheatland, WY), 68-29, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Herders confront the Rawlins Outlaws (Rawlins, WY) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 6. Glenrock will attempt to better on its 6-8 season record. The Outlaws go into the contest with a 1-12 record after their 58-35 league loss to Torrington (Torrington, WY).
