In Friday's league test, the First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX) basketball squad trounced the visiting Garland Christian Academy Swordsmen (Garland, TX), by a final score of 64-20.

Next, the Saints clash with the Ovilla Christian Eagles (Red Oak, TX) in a TAPPS 2A District 3 test, on Tuesday, February 4. First Baptist will attempt to upgrade on its 27-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 19-6 record after their 2-0 league win over Alcuin (Dallas, TX).

The Swordsmen (8-10) will now prepare for their test against Prestonwood Christian North (Prosper, TX). The come into the TAPPS 2A District 3 test with a 13-13 record. In their last test, Prestonwood Christian North was overwhelmed by Ovilla Christian (Red Oak, TX), 63-42, in a league test.
