January 31, 2025: Norwood, MA 02062 Norwood Mustangs (Norwood, MA) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Hopkinton Hillers (Hopkinton, MA), 45-37 in a league match.
With the victory, Norwood upgrades its record to 11-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Ashland (Ashland, MA) to face the Clockers in a Tri-Valley match on Tuesday, February 4. The Clockers enter the match with a record of 3-11. Ashland lost 49-46 in their recent league match against Westwood (Westwood, MA)
The Hillers now sport a 7-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dedham for a Tri-Valley match on Tuesday, February 4. Hopkinton will face a Marauders squad coming off a 40-34 league win over Holliston (Holliston, MA). The Marauders record now stands at 7-5.
