The Mt. Enterprise Wildcats basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Overton Mustangs to 24 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now have a 15-12 record. They play next when they travel to Carlisle for a 2A Region III District 22 game on Tuesday, February 4. Mt. Enterprise will confront a Indians team coming off a 52-31 league loss to Alto (Alto, TX). The Indians record now stands at 6-15.

With the loss, Overton falls to 4-14 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Douglass (Douglass, TX) to confront the Indians in a 2A Region III District 22 game on Tuesday, February 4.
