January 31, 2025: Tumwater, WA 98501 Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA), 48-36 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Tumwater advances its record to 10-7 on the year. The Thunderbirds host Aberdeen (Aberdeen, WA) to face the Bobcats in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 6-10. Aberdeen lost 59-20 in their recent non-league match against WF West (Chehalis, WA)
The Wolves now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centralia for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 4. Black Hills will face a Tigers squad coming off a 38-23 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-11.
