In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Del Norte Knights basketball team scored a close 26-24 triumph over the Valley Vikings.

The Knights (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Hope Christian (Albuquerque, NM). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Hope Christian was tipped by Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM), 52-34, in a non-league contest.
