The Grimsley Whirlies bounced the visiting Ragsdale Tigers basketball squad by a final score of 61-13 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Whirlies now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Western Guilford for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. Grimsley will play a Hornets team coming off a 47-43 non-league loss to Page (Greensboro, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 3-14.

With the loss, Ragsdale falls to 2-16 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Southeast Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 5-7.
