January 4, 2022: Moulton, TX 77975 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Moulton Bobkatz (Moulton, TX) and the visiting Austwell-Tivoli Redfish (Tivoli, TX), saw Moulton's basketball squad wallop Austwell-Tivoli by a tally of 59-18.
With the victory, Moulton improves its record to 16-6 on the campaign. The Bobkatz travel to Runge (Runge, TX) to confront the Yellowjackets in a 1A Region IV District 30 challenge on Friday, January 7. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Runge lost 55-17 in their recent league challenge against Waelder (Waelder, TX)
Next up, the Redfish confront the Nordheim Pirates (Nordheim, TX) in a 1A Region IV District 30 challenge, on Friday, January 7. Austwell-Tivoli will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 46-14 non-league loss to Fayetteville (Fayetteville, TX).
