In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Danville Indians basketball squad scored a big 84-39 victory over the Stowe Raiders.

With the victory, Danville improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Indians host Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT) to confront the Wolves in a Mountain challenge on Sunday, January 8. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Peoples Academy lost 59-26 in their recent league challenge against Hazen (Hardwick, VT)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Vergennes Commodores (Vergennes, VT) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 5. Stowe will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record.
