Drew Central Pirates (Monticello, AR) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Dollarway Cardinals (Pine Bluff, AR), 57-29 in a league bout.

With the victory, Drew Central upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Pirates host Dumas (Dumas, AR) to play the Bobcats in a 3A Region 8 bout on Saturday, January 7.
