California High School Basketball - San Pedro fells Eagle Rock
January 4, 2023: San Pedro, CA 90731 San Pedro Pirates (San Pedro, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Eagle Rock Eagles (Los Angeles, CA), 72-62 in a non-league bout.
With the win, San Pedro upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Pirates travel to Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA) to play the Dons in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Dons go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Verdugo Hills lost 84-74 in their recent non-league bout against Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA)
Next up, the Eagles play the South Pasadena Tigers (South Pasadena, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 7. Eagle Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 10-5 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 70-66 league win over Monrovia (Monrovia, CA).
