Washington High School Basketball - Eastside Prep trounces South Whidbey
January 4, 2023: Langley, WA 98260 The Eastside Prep (Kirkland, WA) basketball crushed the host South Whidbey Falcons (Langley, WA), 59-38 in Wednesday's league test.
The (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Sultan (Sultan, WA). The Turks go into the 1A Emerald Sound test with a 6-0 record. In their last test, Sultan walloped Bellevue Christian (Clyde Hill, WA), 55-50, in a non-league test.
The Falcons now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Bear Creek for a 1A Emerald Sound test on Saturday, January 7. South Whidbey will encounter a Grizzlies squad coming off a 71-26 league loss to King's (Seattle, WA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 0-7.
