The Rural Retreat Indians (Rural Retreat, VA) basketball knocked off the host Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA), 54-42 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Indians (4-6) will now prepare for their test against Patrick Henry (Glade Spring, VA). The Rebels go into the Hogoheegee test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Patrick Henry went down by Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA), 56-49, in a non-league test.
