The Holmes Aces (Edenton, NC) basketball crushed the host Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC), 82-38 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Aces (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights go into the 2A/3A Conference 15 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Currituck County was trounced by Manteo (Manteo, NC), 65-59, in a league test.
