New Jersey High School Basketball - South River crushes Middlesex
January 4, 2023: South River, NJ 08882 South River Rams (South River, NJ) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Middlesex Bluejays (Middlesex, NJ), 80-48 in a league bout.
With the victory, South River upgrades its record to 11-0 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Bound Brook (Bound Brook, NJ) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 7. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 7-0. Bound Brook won 71-51 in their recent league bout against Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ)
Next up, the Bluejays play the Metuchen Bulldogs (Metuchen, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Blue bout, on Friday, January 6. Middlesex will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 49-29 league win over Wardlaw Hartridge (Edison, NJ).
