The High Point Central Bison basketball team (High Point, NC), was overwhelmed 61-13 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC)

The Cougars now possess a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dudley for a 3A Conference 46 battle on Friday, January 6. Rockingham County will confront a Panthers team coming off a 53-49 league win over Northeast Guilford (McLeansville, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 8-5.
