The Liberty Bison basketball team (Winchester, CA), dropped 51-41 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting West Valley Mustangs (Hemet, CA)

The Mustangs now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tahquitz for a Mountain Pass battle on Friday, January 6. West Valley will confront a Titans team coming off a 42-32 league loss to San Jacinto (San Jacinto, CA). The Titans record now stands at 7-5.

The Bison (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Citrus Hill (Perris, CA). The Hawks come into the Mountain Pass battle with a 1-10 record. In their last battle, Citrus Hill beat Perris (Perris, CA), 30-26, in a league battle.
