January 4, 2023: Christiansburg, VA 24073 Byrd Terriers (Vinton, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA), 33-18 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Byrd upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Terriers host Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Friday, January 6. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 7-1. Lord Botetourt won 31-27 in their recent non-league bout against Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA)
Next up, the Blue Demons clash with the Patrick Henry Patriots (Roanoke, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Christiansburg will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 31-27 non-league loss to Lord Botetourt (Daleville, VA).
