With the victory, Desert Oasis improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Diamondbacks host Southeast Career Tech (Las Vegas, NV) to confront the Roadrunners in a 4A Lake challenge on Wednesday, January 10. The Roadrunners come into the challenge with a record of 1-9.
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars (Henderson, NV) in a 4A Lake challenge, on Monday, January 8. Canyon Springs will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 82-49 league loss to Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV).
