The Lions now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeQuincy for a 2A District 5 battle on Tuesday, January 9. Vinton will battle a Tigers team coming off a 64-52 non-league loss to Rosepine (Rosepine, LA). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
The Rebels (0-16) will now prepare for their outing against South Cameron (Creole, LA). The Tarpons go into the C District 4 outing with a 2-13 record. In their last outing, South Cameron was crushed by Basile (Basile, LA), 67-44, in a non-league outing.
