Louisiana High School Basketball - St. Charles Catholic overwhelms St. James
January 4, 2024: St. James, LA 70090 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the St. Charles Catholic Comets (LaPlace, LA) and the host St. James Wildcats (St. James, LA), saw St. Charles Catholic's basketball squad wallop St. James by a count of 63-36.
With the victory, St. Charles Catholic upgrades its record to 9-2 on the campaign. The Comets travel to De La Salle (New Orleans, LA) to play the Cavalier in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Cavalier come into the challenge with a record of 6-10.
Next up, the Wildcats play the E.D. White Cardinals (Thibodaux, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. St. James will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record.
