The Derry Trojans basketball team (Derry, PA), was overwhelmed 51-16 in Thursday's league battle with the host Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA)

The Knights now possess a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greensburg Salem for a WPIAL 4A 1 battle on Monday, January 8. Knoch will battle a Golden Lions team coming off a 62-35 league loss to North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA). The Golden Lions record now stands at 10-2.
