Pocola Indians (Pocola, OK) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Hugo Buffaloes (Hugo, OK), 54-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pocola upgrades its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Ada (Ada, OK) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 3-5.
