California High School Basketball - La Sierra knocked off by Norte Vista

The Norte Vista Braves basketball team scored 44 points and held the host La Sierra Eagles to 28 in the Braves league triumph on Thursday.

The Braves now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jurupa Valley for a non-league match on Friday, January 5. Norte Vista will face a Jaguars team coming off a 70-41 non-league loss to Colton (Colton, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 1-14.

With the defeat, La Sierra moves to 4-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Ramona (Riverside, CA) to face the Rams in a River Valley match on Tuesday, January 9. The Rams enter the match with a record of 10-10. Ramona won 61-10 in their recent league match against Arlington (Riverside, CA)
