The Pike Central Chargers basketball team (Petersburg, IN), was overwhelmed 58-12 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Washington Hatchets (Washington, IN)

The Hatchets now possess a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Princeton for a Pocket battle on Saturday, January 6. Washington will confront a Tigers team coming off a 53-48 non-league win over Vincennes Lincoln (Vincennes, IN). The Tigers record now stands at 12-3.
