January 4, 2025: Van Meter, IA 50261 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the A-D-M Tigers (Adel, IA) and the host Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA), observed A-D-M's basketball team edge Van Meter by a score of 57-55.
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Gilbert (Gilbert, IA). The Tigers come into the Raccoon River challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Gilbert was tipped by Ballard (Huxley, IA), 76-60, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Des Moines Christian Lions (Des Moines, IA) in a West Central challenge, on Monday, January 6. Van Meter will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record.
